Leonardo DiCaprio has been dating super model Bar Refaeli on and off for 5 years now. However a woman named Livia Bistriceanu (check out her facebook profile at http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000476147426&ref=search), claims to be married to DiCaprio.
Bistriceanu has been stalking DiCaprio for a long time now, and he has had enough of it. She allegedly has tried to contact him on several occasions, through letters, email, and even by showing up at his house. According to her, they are married, and she is currently carrying his child, named Jesus.
The court affidavit from DiCaprio states the following: “Without a restraining order, I fear there will not be sufficient law enforcement mechanisms to keep Ms. Bistriceanu away from me, or those around me, especially since she (1) apparently maintains the delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child, Jesus, (2) has recently stated and/or threatened that we will live together “forever… in His Kingdom,” (3) has managed to locate and identify my private residence, and (4) has evidenced a willingness to make physical contact with me regardless of the consequences.”
DiCaprio obviously is fearing Bistriceanu. He was granted a restraining order which orders her to remain at least 100 yards away from the Hollywood star. DiCaprio is hoping that it is enough to make her leave him alone for good.
