EPPICard is just like a bank account that is used for child support payments. The card looks like an ATM card.

Most of the time EPPICard charges some fees to claim unemployment benefits, though these charges are not supposed to be charged.

Fayetteville Observer reported on June 20 that administration fees plague the non-working people who can ill afford to pay. It is not in fact a payment easing method, but it has become a payment harder and taxing more to those who are claiming the benefits.

According to several media, the EPPICard program failed to go off. Moreover, the customer service calls are also chargeable. Currently, the EPPICard cash payday system is used in ninteen states. Most of the states are facing problem using it.
